As the specialist in providing fast track design and build solutions for over 45 years we feel it is particularly important to protect our name and to ensure Elliott Fastrack cannot be confused with any other name. We have also registered the trade mark name of Elliott Fast Track
We will persist with protecting the trade marks of Elliott Fastrack and Elliott Fast Track should they be used unauthorised by others.
