Elliott Modular and Elliott Fastrack Short-listed at EMCBE Awards
The prestigious 2009 Constructing Excellence East Midlands Regional Awards (EMCBE) held in Derby saw both Elliott Modular and Elliott Fastrack short-listed for an award in the category of Project of the Year. Elliott Modular submitted an entry for its range of modular buildings at a major development for BLL at Stratford, East London. The entry for Elliott Fastrack was for a Maths & Music Block at Roundwood Park School, Harpenden.
The awards consisted of 8 separate categories with the Project of the Year being the most coveted award that saw a huge number of entries submitted.
Elliott UK Marketing Manager, Rod Hepper, said, "We are immensely proud of the projects completed by Elliott Modular and Elliott Fastrack that show the variety of applications in which Elliott can provide building solutions. We are pleased that these projects have been recognised by being short-listed in such a prestigious award".
Other categories in the EMCBE Awards were for Skills and Training, Infrastructure, Environmental Sustainability, Innovation Business, Heritage, Contractor of the Year and Client of the Year. The judging panel consisted of 17 industry representatives covering the breadth of disciplines at all levels of the supply chain.
